The first seven Calls for Art have yielded incredible art that has been used as billboards, bus shelters, bus benches, BART platform and interior posters, storefront posters, buttons, magnets, bumper stickers, t-shirts, and folders. Below you will see a large sample of the original artwork, artists, and the artwork in the community as we used it. Many of the young artists you see are now adults, including Becky Collins, who won at the age of 8 in the 3rd Call for Art and again at the age of 18 in the 6th Call for Art. Most of the artists have continued to submit through the years after winning a Call for Art, and have brought friends and family into the process. The family grows.
